Bilingual - At least enough working English to interact with English speaking guests - and the cojones to actually use it!
Reliable, friendly, outgoing individuals who bring a flare to their positions behind the bar or on the floor
Team players who will help their team mates to ensure guests have a positive experience
Basic working wine knowledge is a MUST - more than a cabernet is red and a chardonnay is blue << gotchya!
What you will be doing:
Serve guests with a positive attitude
Learn and be able to answer questions about menu items and wine types
Setup and maintain a high level of cleanliness in the bar and dining room
Show up to your shift
Follow all cleanliness and food service guidelines

What we are looking for:
Founder, Megan, is looking for a personal assistant to help with bar tasks and also personal projects.
An organized person who can meet and exceed deadlines
Someone who is a self-starter and can take initiative
Must be reliable, things come up, and we can be flexible but in general, you must SHOW UP!
Bonus - If you have your own transportation, or at the very least own a valid driver’s license
A good attitude
Someone willing to learn, work with an awesome team and grow with us!
Bilingual in Spanish and English is a MUST
Could be part time or full time depending on the right person!
What you will be doing:
Assist with social media and website postings and upkeep for both Vivero and other social media clients
Light bookkeeping and invoicing - track down facturas!
Travel booking and planning
Email maintenance, calendar upkeep, date setting, etc.
Source restaurant/bar supplies
Miscellaneous research and sourcing
